Good deed sheets are for Karate for Kids students. They are a tool to help parents reinforce the application of the life skills we teach in class to home, school and elsewhere.

White through Green belt Karate for Kids (roughly ages 7 through pre-teen) are required to turn in no less than three Good Deed sheets per testing cycle.
