All students should do some practice at home to reinforce the lessons learned in class.  Even short practice sessions help improve memorization of forms and build muscle memory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Purple through Red-Black belts are expected to turn in no less than three practice sheets per testing cycle.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">White through Green belts MAY turn in practice sheets instead of Good Deed sheets.
